This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website at sharpcutmowers.shop.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for an eligible item. Returns requested after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, including all manuals, parts, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY REGULATION (Gas-Powered Equipment): Due to federal shipping regulations, any gasoline-powered equipment (such as lawn mowers, trimmers, or generators) that has had fuel or oil added to it CANNOT be returned. Once gas or oil has been put into the tank, the item is considered used and cannot be shipped via standard transit. If you experience a mechanical issue after adding fuel, please contact us for warranty repair service.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gas-powered items that have been fueled or oiled

  • Electrical parts, batteries, and chargers

  • Special order parts or customized items

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • Customer Remorse (Changed mind, ordered wrong item): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For heavy freight items like riding mowers, we can assist in scheduling a freight pickup, and the actual freight cost will be deducted from your final refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item, Sharp Cut Mowers will cover the return shipping costs or arrange freight pickup at no charge to you.

Restocking Fees

Because mowers and outdoor power equipment require inspection, repalletizing, and specialized handling, approved standard returns (customer remorse) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • There are no restocking fees for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by us.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@sharpcutmowers.shop or call us at 1-713-779-3554 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Provide your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged, please include photos of the item and the packaging.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with the RMA number and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund (minus any applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees) will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have shipped. Because we process orders quickly, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order has left our warehouse or been picked up by a freight carrier, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a standard return subject to shipping and restocking fees.
